Welcome to Breathe Move Yoga, where traditional ashtanga yoga meets modern bodies. Our yoga practice emphasises the connection between breath and movement to create a moving meditation, while finding stillness in each pose. 


In addition to improving strength and flexibility, practicing also trains the nervous system to return to a restful state through focused breathing and concentration. We believe in providing a safe and inclusive space for people to explore their practice and discover a deeper understanding of themselves. 


Our tailored workshops are available for schools, businesses, and retreats, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga. 

We create a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for people to experience traditional yoga and discover a deeper understanding of who they are.


At our core, we are dedicated to bringing movement and wellness to people wherever they are - whether in schools, businesses, retreats, at home, or events. We offer personalised workshops, courses, and sessions that integrate evidence-based exercises, movement, breathwork, and meditation techniques that have been scientifically proven to enhance mental and physical health. 


Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant and will leave them feeling clear, grounded, and focused.


Yoga is a collective noun for spiritual practices from India dating back 5000 years at the very least. These days it’s most commonly associated with asana and the physical body. 


By taking care of our bodies through regular a practice, focusing our mind on the breath and in turn living in the present moment, we can enjoy life to its fullest potential.

  • Focus your mind - reduce stress, improve concentration, feel happier and more in love with life.
  • Find something else – experience the inner self, explore who you are beyond your ageing physical body and the chit-chattering mind.

Wear something comfortable. If you're joining us in-person, we have mats and all the necessary props for your practice. You are welcome to bring your own mat/props if preferred. 


If you’re practicing from home, you'll need:

  • An internet connection (and device)
  • A sticky/yoga mat can be helpful but is not essential
  • Yoga blocks or a pile of books 
  • A blanket that can be easily folded
